Charging Guide
Recharge via our App or RFID card
1.
Use our App to create a profile and top up your wallet. Find the charging station that suits you best and reach it using navigation systems.
Start the session from the App or swipe our RFID card, available for purchase in the App.
2.
Follow the instructions on the screen, insert the connector, and wait a few seconds for the charging to start.
Make sure the car is not locked. Monitor the session on the App.
3.
When you’re finished, end the session on the app or by tapping your RFID card again.
The cost of the charging session will be charged directly to your wallet.
⚠️ A minimum credit of €25 is required in the wallet to start charging. Enable top-up to automatically recharge your wallet when the balance falls below €25 and bring it back to the amount you choose.

FastWay rewards electric mobility with Chargeback:
from June to August,
if you charge using our App or RFID card on our network, you earn a discount equal to 50% of your monthly charging spend.
Redeem the code in your profile, which you’ll receive by email at the beginning of each month. You have until the end of the month to use your discount.

POS is now available too
FastWay has introduced contactless POS payment across its entire fast and ultra-fast charging network.
Using it is simple:
- Select your language on the POS terminal display
- Press “Start” and choose the connector
- Tap your Visa, Mastercard, or PagoBancomat card on the POS to authorize the transaction
- At the end of the session, only the amount actually used will be charged
⚠️ During the session, you can tap your card again on the POS and select “Manage” to view charging details.
With contactless POS, you can charge your electric vehicle quickly and easily — no app, registration, or subscription required.

⚠️ At the end of the charging session, you have 60 minutes of free parking. After that, a per-minute fee will apply depending on the type of charging station.

Already have your trusted App or card? No problem — FastWay is interoperable with the main Italian and European operators*.
*Roaming rates are not set by FastWay but are managed directly by partner companies providing the charging service. This means prices may differ from FastWay tariffs and depend on the individual operator.
