Recharge via our App or RFID card

Thanks to the wallet, recharging on our network has never been so easy

1.

Use our App to create a profile and top up your wallet. Find the charging station that suits you best and reach it using navigation systems.

Start the session from the App or swipe our RFID card, available for purchase in the App.

Follow the instructions on the screen, insert the connector, and wait a few seconds for the charging to start.

Make sure the car is not locked. Monitor the session on the App.

3.

When you’re finished, end the session on the app or by tapping your RFID card again.

The cost of the charging session will be charged directly to your wallet.

⚠️ A minimum credit of €25 is required in the wallet to start charging. Enable top-up to automatically recharge your wallet when the balance falls below €25 and bring it back to the amount you choose.

With the App comes Chargeback

FastWay rewards electric mobility with Chargeback:

If you recharge through our App on our network, the following month we’ll give you back 20% of the amount you spent*.

Redeem in your profile the coupon you’ll receive at the beginning of each month.

As this is a cashback service, the rates indicated here are to be understood as the minimum prices achievable if the redeemed coupon is fully used in the following month.

⚠️ At the end of the charging session, you have 60 minutes of free parking. After that, a per-minute fee will apply depending on the type of charging station.

The POS is coming too

We are working to make the charging experience even simpler and more accessible. On next-generation charging stations, you can already pay directly with a credit or debit card thanks to the installation of physical POS terminals. We are also rolling out this feature to stations that are already installed.

This allows you to charge your electric car without using apps or subscriptions.

Interoperability

Already have your trusted App or card? No problem — FastWay is interoperable with the main Italian and European operators*.

*Roaming rates are not set by FastWay but are managed directly by the partner companies providing the charging service.
This means that rates may differ from FastWay’s and depend on the individual operator.
