For Summer 2026, FastWay is enhancing its Chargeback program by increasing the discount on charging sessions made through the FastWay App to 50%.

From June 1 to August 31, 2026, users will be able to earn a monthly discount equal to 50% of the amount actually paid for charging sessions. The discount will be sent the following month as a code that can be redeemed in the FastWay App and used toward future charging sessions.
How the FastWay 50% Chargeback Works
The service is simple and straightforward to use:
- The user charges their vehicle using the FastWay App or a linked RFID card;
- earns a discount equal to 50% of the amount paid for charging sessions during the month;
- the discount will be sent by email on the first day of the following month as a code to be redeemed in the user’s App profile;
- the discount can be used for subsequent charging sessions through the App within the same month.
Each month, a new discount is therefore generated for use during the following month. The Chargeback is calculated exclusively on the portion of charging costs actually paid by the user and not on any amount already covered by a Chargeback discount.
The discount expires at the end of the current month and cannot be combined with other Chargeback discounts or carried over to subsequent months.
The system has been designed to offer maximum simplicity and flexibility, allowing users to use their accumulated discount according to their travel and charging needs. The first 50% Chargeback discount will be sent to users by email on July 1. The summer promotion will run until the end of August, allowing users to enjoy their final summer discount in September.
Chargeback was introduced in 2025 alongside the launch of the FastWay App as an initiative designed to encourage users to discover our services. The strong response and continued use by our customers led us to make Chargeback a permanent service.

Ahead of the summer season, a period of increased travel, we updated and enhanced the system to offer users an improved Chargeback program, designed to make using the FastWay App and charging network even more rewarding.
This initiative further demonstrates FastWay’s commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of its users.

The promotion will be available across the entire FastWay network, which includes Fast and Ultra-Fast charging infrastructure throughout Italy, with a strong presence along major travel routes and in areas with high levels of summer mobility.
At the same time, FastWay continues to invest in expanding its high-power charging network and developing advanced technological solutions to support the growth of electric mobility in Italy.
